Diego started his career at Diaverum in 2015 as an Operations Analyst, working in the Procurement area and leading other operations processes.
His next challenge was a position of the Area Manager, where he focused on forming work teams and implementing infrastructure and equipment improvements.
Since October 2018 Diego was expanding the company´s inorganic growth agenda as the Business Development Manager. Later in 2019 he was promoted to his current position of the Operations Director Diaverum Chile.
Before Diego joined Diaverum, he was developing his professional career in Operations and Quality, Safety and Environment management in the mining and metallurgical sector.
Diego did his MBA and MS in Human Resources Management at the Texas University in Arlington.
